End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Angler Data ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our software and services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for your personal or business use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the software.
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the software to third parties.
• Use the software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Ownership

The software is owned and operated by Angler Data. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is explicitly stated.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies in your possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Angler Data be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
